To respect the time of all our guests and stylists, please only book a time you know you can keep. We strictly adhere to the following policy:

  • Rescheduling: Changing your appointment 24 hours or less before your start time will incur a 50% fee.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancelling within 12 hours or failing to show up will result in a 100% fee.

  • Lateness: Arrivals 15 minutes past your scheduled time will be considered a no-show and may be cancelled. This will require immediate rescheduling and a 50% fee.

  • Color Consultations: We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation for all hair color appointments to discuss your goals with your stylist.
