Senior Stylist
Pinky is the visionary behind &Space. and has spent years redefining what it means to be a hair stylist and creative. Drawing from her experience of cutting hair in Hong Kong, London, and in guest shifts worldwide, she focuses on education and structure in haircut design so that every creation can be as long-lasting as it is beautiful. Pinky’s vision is rooted in fostering a community where everyone—clients, stylists, and creatives alike—feel valued. &Space. was born out of her desire to create an environment where creativity thrives without judgment—a studio that feels both cutting-edge and welcoming.
Adrian Sing
Barber
Adrian began barbering in 2022. He has a deep passion for all the arts. He loves modern, creative and classic hairstyles. Hair is an integral part of his life, and he often draws inspiration from everyday experiences. In addition, he is a DJ, bassist and producer. He firmly believes that there are no standards or limitations in hairstyles or music. He hopes to bring a different perspective to his clients through his work.
BENJI
Senior Stylist
Benji is a true Hong Kong local. Initially pushed into hair cutting by his family, he fell in love with the art when a stylist gave him his first great cut. A perfect haircut for him should reveal the personality of his clients rather than the trends of the day. Other than cutting hair, Benji is also a b-boy and tattoo artist.
TOBY
Senior Stylist
Originally from Hanoi, Vietnam, Toby started cutting hair at 17 after discovering barbering on YouTube. She’s particularly drawn to classic old-money styles with a modern edge and would love to see more punk rock and 80s shag cuts in HK. Cool, fashionable, and always in tune with trends, Toby brings an artistic eye for detail to everything she does.

Barber
Drek is one of the youngest barbers in town, and cutting hair is one of his passions, so he has been barbering in a few different barbershops to enhance his own craft. He fell in love with modern and a bit creative hairstyles. Besides haircuts, he loves having chats with clients about streetwear styles , TV shows , hip-hop music, and more!

Sing Chan With over a decade in the hair game, Sing Chan still holds a raw obsession for precision cuts and styling. Backed by solid technical skills and a spontaneous flair for innovation, he keeps it low-key and lets his work do the talking.• The Creative: Always down to try new things, his freestyle hair creations have even caught the eyes of photographers who privately collect his work.• The Experience: Having done numerous magazine shoots and fashion shows in the past, he still loops back for occasional creative collabs today. To Sing Chan doing hair is never just a mundane 9-to-6—it’s about weaving street fashion into everyone's daily life. There’s nothing he loves more than watching clients walk out the door radiating that fresh-cut confidence and perfect vibe. Hair styling? It's just how he blends his passion into everyday living.
Ray
Stylist
Ray, the "secret collector", believes that barbering is beyond a haircut but connection between people. Through discussion understanding what his client needed, is always his first priority.
He loves the rawness and masculinity from classic, while at the same time, enjoys the trend, fashion and diversity in modern haircut.
When he is not hyper-focusing on your hairline, you can find him drooling over motorcycles. Ray absolutely loves everything about bikes—the speed, the grease, the noise, and the freedom. He basically lives his life in two gears: revving engines and trimming fringes.
